Absolutely, I believe in getting to know you, your business and your requirements before offering any kind of solution.
I would always suggest meeting up for a coffee and a chat so I can really understand what it is you wish to achieve.
I don't believe in set rates, as I find every project is different and has its own specific needs. Once an initial consultation has taken place and I better understand your requirements and budget, I'll send through a full set of recommendations on how best I can assist your business (this will itemise all costs). You are then free to choose from those or we can develope and refine them before starting.
I am also more than happy to discuss retainer and/or day rates, should long term support be required.
Yes, I believe it is imperative that the training is realistic and focussed on the individual aspects and overall objectives of your business.
Entirely up to you - I am able to design and deliver the training in a format of your choice. Or I can provide you with all the necessary materials to deliver the training yourself.
Yes, once you have the templates, they are yours to keep.
However I would always seek advise on certain documents to ensure you are not changing any legal obligations and all information is completly up to date.
Nothing set in stone, however I do like to make the group training sessions as interactive as possible, therefore I would suggest a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 15 in this particular situation.
However I am more than happy to work around whatever you require and can, of course, offer one:one sessions as well as small groups of 2/3.
This would be very dependant on the style of training being delivered. One:One sessions and small groups require very little equipment as I would provide everything needed.
Larger group training sessions are a little different and would require a projector and screen for a more efficient delivery.
Again, this is entirely dependant on your requirements. I am able to design full day and half day training as well as bite size training, which can be delivered over a period of time in short, sharp bursts.
